Placing an order on dalshart.com couldn’t be easier. Here are a few steps to get you started.
Once you have chosen your item, add it to your shopping basket. Enter your details. Include your address and choose your payment method then finally confirm your order.
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided. This will contain your order number and details of your purchase(s). Please be aware that this email is only an acknowledgement that your order has been received, it is not an acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. An order despatch email will be sent and payment taken from your credit/ debit card when we have checked our stocks and can confirm we have the goods you ordered. This is the point when we have agreed to a contract with you.
Once you receive the order despatch email this will act as confirmation that your item(s) have been sent. You may receive multiple order despatch emails if your order is being shipped in more than one parcel. If any goods are unavailable, you will receive an email to confirm this and no payment will be taken for these goods. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to despatch.
We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once they are placed. Instead, once your order has arrived, simply follow the instructions on our Returns Policy page and where we have received your goods you will be issued with a refund if applicable.
It is really important to ensure you have given us the correct billing address. If it is incorrect we may not be able to process your order and you may incur additional costs to your credit/debit card.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of purchasing, you are within your right to cancel your order within these 24 hours and would need to email info@dalshart.com. After this 24 hour period, we are unable to accept cancellation of your order and will continue to dispatch accordingly.
Returning Goods
By Post
It’s easy to return your item(s) by post. Simply complete the returns process as advised when requested. Ensure your goods are securely wrapped, take the goods, along with any documentation received to the Post Office.
Make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate which you will need to retain until you have received your refund. We aim to process and refund online orders within 14 days of you returning the items. You will receive an email to confirm your refund. Please note it may take 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note we are unable to accept any form of return or refunds on any SALE items. For clarity; anything in the Sale Category or marked down from RRP price.
General Terms
We are not responsible under these Terms and Conditions for any acts or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), that adversely affect your purchase, including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data.
