Returns Process

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

How to initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@dalshart.com

  2. Let us know the reason for your return and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. We'll send you a return label (for faulty items only) or instructions for returning your item(s).

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the correct postage is paid on your return.

  • We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to incorrect packaging on your part.

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the faulty item(s), we'll issue a full refund within 14 working days for:

  • The item price.

  • Original delivery charges (if any)

  • Reasonable return postage costs (with proof of receipt)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Returning Faulty Items:

  • Briefly describe the fault in your email.

  • Pack the faulty item(s) securely in its original packaging (if possible).

  • Use the provided return label (if applicable) or send it with a trackable service.

Non-Faulty Returns:

  • Unworn items with all labels attached can be returned within14 working days for a full refund (minus return postage).

  • You are responsible for return postage costs for non-faulty returns.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We recommend using a trackable service for non-faulty returns. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • You can choose a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) for non-faulty returns.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of approval.

  • Exchanges are available based on stock availability.

Bespoke and made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Due to their personalised nature, these items cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange it for another item of equal value.

  • Please review your order carefully before confirming. To avoid any misunderstandings, please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Additional Information:

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting the return conditions.

  • For damaged items that have already been worn, we may offer alterations/repairs upon request.
