Made to Order Items - 10-14 working days. All garments will be dispatched within 10-14 working days from the date of the order unless a specific lead time is stated in the product description.

Bespoke Items - 3-6 weeks, if you need the item any sooner, please let us know in good time and we will do our best meet your deadline if possible.

We want you to be delighted and very pleased with your purchase. However if you are not entirely satisfied and it is still eligible for a return, please email us at info@dalshart.com for instructions on how to proceed.

 

This email must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Please do not skip this part! 'Day 1' is the day of delivery. (When item is received). Sadly, we cannot authorise a return if you have not notified us within 14 days.

We ask that you help us by sending your unwanted items back carefully folded in the packaging just as you received it.

Dals Hart reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet our conditions. Items that appear visibly worn are not eligible for return.
